Information about how BusSalamanca works
Arrival Estimations
The arrival times shown in the application are estimations and approximations calculated based on previous data and the current position of the buses.
Since these are real-time estimations that depend on traffic, road incidents, or prolonged stops, they may contain errors or vary suddenly. They do not represent an exact guarantee of the bus's arrival time.
Bus Locations
The location of the buses on the map can also have a margin of error. Sometimes, the vehicles' GPS loses signal or does not update as frequently as desired.
This can cause a bus to appear to 'jump' suddenly on the map, or seem to be stopped when it is actually moving.
Data Source
All the data used in BusSalamanca comes directly from public and official information provided by Salamanca de Transportes.
Since we are not the creators of this original information, we cannot offer guarantees regarding its availability, accuracy, or truthfulness at all times. Our application merely acts as an improved and accessible viewer of such data.
Refreshing the Screen
The application tries to keep the data as fresh as possible without you needing to reload the page. However, if you notice that the information hasn't changed for several minutes or the network connection was briefly lost, we recommend refreshing the screen manually by pulling down (on mobile) or using your browser's refresh button.
